Growing up I competed in hill climbing motorcycles, baseball, basketball and track & field. Through these experiences, I noticed that I enjoyed coaching my teammates. My athletic career inspired me to become a CrossFit Coach. I enjoy most about CrossFit is the community. Through this community, I have been able to make friends, improve myself physically and mentally, and help others reach their goals.
My purpose for coaching is to help people feel better. I want athletes that I coach to describe their experiences with CrossFit in terms of how it has made their life better.
